What is Inspire?
Inspire® is RSPA’s annual leadership conference. Executives and leaders from the retail technology industry participate in best practice sessions, workshops, panel discussions, and education focused on today’s top industry challenges. This event provides access to the interactive workshops, best practice sessions, and networking events in an exclusive setting.
RSPA is excited to be hosting this year's event in Nassau, The Bahamas, on beautiful New Providence Island. We look forward to seeing many of our members at this year’s event.
Registration Information
Registration is open through the beginning of Inspire (Monday, January 27, 2020). Members and non-members are strongly encouraged to register as early as possible, due to the limited hotel room availability at the Grand Hyatt Baha Mar and limited seating for all sessions.
Registration fees do NOT include hotel accommodations, travel expenses, or optional excursions/activities. Attendees must book these separately and on your own (with the exception of group excursions, which are available for booking through this registration website, and can be paid for at the time of your event registration).
RATE SCHEDULE
Reseller Member Rate: $700
Reseller Member registration includes ALL Inspire functions. RSPA Members are permitted to register one (1) spouse or significant other at the Guest Rate.
Vendor Member Rate: $1,100
Vendor Member registration includes ALL Inspire functions. RSPA Members are permitted to register one (1) spouse or significant other at the Guest Rate.
Non-Member Rate: $1,400
Non-Member registration includes ALL Inspire functions. This price applies to both Non-Member Resellers and Vendors. NOTE: Non-member attendees are not permitted to register guests.

Guest Rate: $525
All Members have the opportunity to bring one (1) spouse or significant other (this guest must be at least 21 years of age). No discounts or coupon codes are available for this guest registration fee. Guest registration does NOT include the educational sessions but does include other Inspire functions (all networking breakfasts and lunches, Welcome Reception, and Bahamian Junkanoo Celebration).
Cancellation Policy: We are happy to refund fees for any cancellations through November 30, 2019. Notice of cancellation must be submitted in writing to events@gorspa.org. On and after December 1, 2019, no refunds for cancellations will be processed.
