If you are interested in being a sponsor of Inspire, please contact membership@gorspa.org.
Attendees MUST wear badges at all times to gain access to Inspire sessions and functions. ALL badges will be available for pickup onsite; no badges will be mailed prior to the event.

RSPA is not responsible for and reserves the right to remove any person engaged in disorderly conduct, use of illegal substances, in violation of show policies, or in possession of a counterfeit badge. RSPA reserves the right to validate the authenticity of badges onsite.
Attire will be Resort Casual for the entire event (educational sessions and evening/networking events).
RSPA provides your personal information to sponsors of RSPA events to allow for direct communication with attendees. If you do not wish to receive such communications, you may opt-out by sending an email to events@gorspa.org. You may opt-out at any time or limit your preferences as to communications received. RSPA will not disclose your personal information to any third party other than an event sponsor unless, (i) such disclosure is otherwise revealed to you when you submit your information; (ii) it is required by law or by an order of a competent court; (iii) if the rights or property of RSPA, its affiliates, Third Party Service Providers (as defined below), or users of the Website are in jeopardy; or (iv) if the safety of users of the Website or the general public are in jeopardy.
 
In addition, while other companies may contact you offering attendee lists for Inspire 2020 (or RSPA 2020), they are in no way endorsed by or affiliated with RSPA or Inspire. In general, any communications (electronic, verbal, and/or print) regarding Inspire will come to you directly from RSPA or this event platform and related management company (Swoogo/dynami group). If you receive any questionable communications, don’t hesitate to contact us at events@gorspa.org to verify their legitimacy.
RSPA works directly with its partner hotels to provide Inspire attendees with the best rates and services for housing. Please be advised that while other companies may contact you offering housing for Inspire, they are in no way endorsed by or affiliated with RSPA or Inspire. Any communications, (electronic, verbal, and/or print) regarding housing for Inspire will come to you directly from RSPA or this event platform and related management company (Swoogo/dynami group). If you receive any questionable communications regarding housing for Inspire, don’t hesitate to contact us at events@gorspa.org to verify their legitimacy.
Cancellations received on or prior to November 30, 2019 will result in a full refund of the paid registration fee and any excursion purchases. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after November 30, 2019. No-shows are non-refundable. To avoid or minimize additional fees, be sure to cancel existing hotel reservations or any other event-related commitments for which you are financially responsible directly with those entities. RSPA is not responsible for cancelling any reservations on your behalf.
 
Substitution requests are allowed and should be e-mailed to events@gorspa.org. Please include the original attendee’s full name and the substitute’s full contact information: Name, Job Title, Company, Mailing Address, Phone, Email. The deadline for substitutions is Friday, January 17, 2020. After that date, all substitutions must be made onsite and must be accompanied by written permission from the original attendee.
 
In the unlikely event of program cancellation, RSPA will refund 100% of registration fees paid. RSPA assumes no liability for any penalty fees on airline tickets, deposits for hotel accommodations, or any other fees, charges, penalties, or other incidental costs that a registrant might incur as a consequence of a program cancellation.
 
Note: Attendees who wish to cancel must do so in writing by sending an email to events@gorspa.org.
Unfortunately, there is not. But you can still register your entire group at once. Just be sure to contact membership@gorspa.org before you get started to verify that we have all of your group attendees in our database. This will ensure a seamless registration experience for you or your group’s registration lead.
By registering for this event, you give the event organizer (Retail Solutions Providers Association) permission to take photos of your participation in the event and to use those photos in future event publicity and promotions. RSPA also reserves the right to publish any subject matter captured in its event photography while documenting the event, unless otherwise restricted in writing. Subjects may include but are not limited to: accompanying family and guests; use or display of technology; educational/keynote speakers and presentations; general event activity.

  • The excursion is on Monday, January 27, from 12:45PM to 5:30PM.
  • Please meet at the front entrance at 12:45PM. We will depart at 1:00PM sharp and return by 5:30PM.
  • Make sure to eat lunch before you depart; lunch will provided by RSPA at the hotel.
  • Towels will be provided. Please don't forget to bring your sunscreen; also bring hats as needed.
  • Waters, sodas, and light snacks will be available at no additional cost.   
  • Alcoholic beverages will be available, but guests are responsible for payment. Please note that only credit/debit cards are accepted - no cash.
  • Transportation from the hotel to the dock is approximately 20-25 minutes. The excursion will last approximately 3 hours (1:30PM - 4:30PM). You can expect to be back at the hotel by 5:30PM.
  • The excursion is on Tuesday, January 28, from 12:45PM to 4:30PM.
  • Please meet at the front entrance at 12:45PM. We will depart at 1:00PM sharp and return by 4:30PM.
  • Make sure to eat lunch before you depart; lunch will provided by RSPA at the hotel.
  • Please remember to bring water, sunscreen, towels, and hats as needed.
  • The excursion will last approximately 3 hours (1:00PM - 4:00PM). You can expect to be back at the hotel by 4:30PM.
