Hotel Reservations: Hotel reservations will be booked for you based on what you select during the registration process. Room and tax will be provided by Mingledorff's for four nights with check in on Monday, February 10, 2020, and check out on Friday, February 14, 2020, only. Your credit card will be requested upon check in to pay for hotel incidentals, extended hotel stay, and optional activities you choose to participate in that are not covered by the Group and will be charged at hotel check out.

• If you'd like to extend your stay and take advantage of the discounted group rate, the room cost is $249.00 per night before taxes and fees any nights before February 10, 2020, and $349.00 per night before taxes and fees any nights after February 14, 2020. The discounted rate is available three days before and three days after the main group dates listed, based on availability at the time of the request.
