EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

  • Power/Audio Visual/Booth Catering: The Mobile Convention Center is the exclusive vendor for all power, electrical, audiovisual, and catering needs in expo hall. All equipment and services must be ordered by Friday, February 23 , to avoid a surcharge. To place your order, you will need to follow the online ordering instructions at Savannah Convention Center Exhibitors (The link works best in Google Chrome.) Steps can also be found in the RPMxpo Exhibitor Services Kit or call (678) 742-7310 for additional assistance. EXHIBITOR SCHEDULE

Registration will open on Monday, March 9, at 9:00 AM at the Savannah Convention Center, directly outside of the Governor's Ballroom. Be sure to check in to receive your name badge and meeting materials. Name badges must be worn at all times.

  • First Right of Refusal: All 2026 meeting sponsors will have an early registration period for the next Mingledorff’s Dealer meeting to renew the same sponsorship package and be the first to view new sponsorship packages.

  • Attendee Email List: After the event, select sponsors' packages will receive an email list of attending dealers who “opted in” to receiving emails from sponsors.

Loading Dock: Turn right on International Drive and follow it straight to loading dock. RPMxpo will utilize the Savannah Convention Center loading dock for exhibition setup and teardown.

EXPOSITION SERVICES

RPMxpo will provide the following services:

  • Booth Materials: After you register for the meeting, your information will be sent to RPMxpo to be added to their order system. Once added to their system (typically within 24 hours), you will receive an email from RPMxpo with the Exhibitor Kit and further instructions for ordering booth materials. You can also order directly online (once added to their system). If you need assistance during your online ordering experience, you can email RPMxpo Customer Service at info@rpmxpo.com or call (678) 742-7310.
  • Material Handling: All exhibitors are responsible for the payment of their own Material Handling services. Material Handling is the process of RPMxpo receiving your shipment from your carrier at their advanced warehouse and delivering your shipment to your booth space. These fees are collected based on the weight of your shipment(s) and will be charged upon receipt.

BOOTH CARPET

After submitting your registration, RPMxpo will send you instructions for ordering booth materials through their website. The carpet is black and beige in all booths. Please contact Nickie Sears-Schroeder at mingledorffs@dynamigroup.com with any questions. 

BOOTH RESTRICTIONS

  • Height: Nothing can be displayed higher than the 8’ backdrop drape, without prior approval.
  • Overhead: No canopies or tents of any kind are permitted in booth areas.
  • Balloons: Balloons are not permitted in the Exhibit Hall.

BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS

Booth assignments will be added once registration is closed and the expo hall is laid out. Please check back for the link to this year's booth assignments.
