Hyatt Regency Atlanta is ideally suited to serve as this year's meeting venue and host hotel. A short 30-minute train ride from the airport, it is also conveniently located near many of Atlanta's major attractions. The hotel is home to Georgia’s largest hotel ballroom and Polaris, Atlanta’s famous rotating lounge.

Booking Instructions for Group Discounted Rate

 

Please make your request online through our meeting reservations link. If you need any assistance with your booking, please call Hyatt reservations directly at 800-233-1234, and they will be glad to help (just reference the 2020 Mingledorff’s Dealer Meeting).
Group Rate = $219 (plus applicable taxes and fees) per room, per night for single/double occupancy​

Reservation Details
 

  • Our group rate is available until Friday, January 3, or until rooms are sold-out. We do recommend booking as early as possible, as our room block will very likely sell-out in advance (as it has in previous years).
  • A credit card will be required during the reservation process.
  • You may cancel your reservation without penalty up to 72 hours in advance of your check-in date; after that, there is a cancellation penalty of one night's stay. 
  • Check-in is 4:00pm.
  • Checkout is 11:00am. 

Getting Here: Traveling by Air

 

Hyatt Regency Atlanta is just over 10 miles (appx. 20 minutes) from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL).

 

Rental cars, taxis, and shared ride services (i.e., Uber and Lyft) are all available from the airport. In addition, Atlanta’s MARTA transit system runs directly to and from the airport. Fares are $2.50 each way. From the airport, Hyatt Regency Atlanta guests can board any Northbound train and exit at the Peachtree Center Station. The Peachtree Center Station is connected to Hyatt Regency Atlanta through the Peachtree Center Mall.

Parking

 

Valet parking is available on property in a secure underground garage at the rate of $45/night. Overnight guests with our group can receive a discounted rate of $32/night. This includes 24-hour access to your vehicle with in/out privileges. Vehicles can be picked up in the Motor Lobby, located on level LL3 of the Atrium Tower.

 

There are also self-parking options located near the hotel; please be advised that pay lots are not affiliated with the hotel or our group directly but managed by other companies. We do not recommend parking in any unmanaged, unsecured lots.
