Registration will open Monday, January 13, at 9:00am at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta, directly outside of the Grand Hall on the Exhibit Level of the hotel. Be sure to check in to receive your name badge and meeting materials. Name badges must be worn at all times.

Exhibitor Information
- Power/Electrical/Audio Visual: PSAV is the exclusive vendor for all power, electrical and audiovisual needs at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta. All equipment and services must be ordered by Monday, December 30, to avoid a 15% surcharge. To place your order, you will need to submit the PSAV Audiovisual Exhibitor Services form found in the Shepard Exposition Services Exhibitor Kit. You can also receive the form by contacting PSAV directly by emailing psav_at_hra@psav.com or calling 404-460-6550.
- Booth Numbers: Booth Numbers will be emailed to all registered exhibitors and sponsors approximately 2 weeks prior to the program.
- Loading Dock: Shepard Exposition Services has exclusive rights over the Hyatt Regency Atlanta loading dock for exhibitions. Please review all instructions regarding shipping procedures further down this page.
- Parking: All-day valet parking at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta is $45 per vehicle, per day and is based upon availability. (If you are staying overnight at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta, you can receive a discounted valet parking rate of $32 per vehicle, per day.) There are several self-parking options located near the hotel.
- It is strongly encouraged to use the advance warehouse for transporting your booth items (even if you have brought your items day of in the past). The loading dock at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta is small and will be reserved exclusively for Shepard Exposition Services and Mingledorff's production load-in/load-out and no others will be permitted access to the dock during the event.
- Valet parking at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta is very limited. With this, we will be utilizing overflow blocks near the hotel so it is recommended to only bring items with you day of that you can comfortably carry a couple blocks. No luggage carts or flatbed carts will be available for transporting items so please plan accordingly.
- Booth Exhibitor Restrictions and Procedures
- Height: Nothing can be displayed higher than the 8' backdrop drape without prior approval. Some areas of the ceiling in the Grand Hall are as low as 11'.
- Overhead: No canopies or tents of any kind are permitted in booth areas.
- Exhibit Procedures: For all exhibit procedures and a comprehensive list of restrictions and regulations, please carefully review the Hyatt Regency Atlanta’s “Exhibitor Procedures,” available by clicking here.
Exposition Services
Shepard Exposition Services (Shepard) will provide the following services:
- Booth Materials: After you register for the meeting, your information will be sent to Shepard to be added in their order system. Once added in their system (typically around 48-72 hours after you register), you will receive an email from Shepard with the Exhibitor Kit and further instructions for ordering booth materials. You can also order directly online (once added in their system) by visiting this link. If you need assistance during your online ordering experience, you can email or call Shepard Customer Service at atlanta@shepardes.com / 404-720-8600. If you contact Customer Service, you will need to provide them the Event Code, which is G120810120.
- Shipping: Inbound and outbound shipping information can be found in the next section down on this page. Shipping and handling will be coordinated by Shepard.
- Material Handling: All exhibitors are responsible for the payment of their own Material Handling services. Material Handling is the process of Shepard receiving your shipment from your carrier at their advance warehouse and delivering your shipment to your booth space. These fees are collected based on the weight of your shipment(s) and will not be charged until received.

If you need assistance with your inbound and outbound shipments, Shepard representatives are available pre-show, during the show, and during move-out to assist you in arranging shipping through their official carrier, Shepard Logistics. - The Hyatt Regency Atlanta does not have storage for exhibits and all exhibitor shipments must be routed through Shepard to their Advance Warehouse.

- The last day for Advance Warehouse deliveries without a surcharge is Monday, January 6, 2020.
- The last day for any Advance Warehouse deliveries (with applicable surcharge) is Friday, January 10, 2020.
