Dear EHUG Community,

We regret to inform you that after careful consideration and discussions with many different stakeholders, we have decided to cancel EHUG2020. The decision was unanimous. With so much uncertainty, the EHUG Executive Committee and Ebix Executives feel the right thing to do is to focus on an event in 2021 instead of this year.

While this news may be difficult to hear, we are very hopeful that planning an event in 2021 will give us the time we need to work through this pandemic as an organization and as a country.

At this point, here's what you need to know:

• If you were a sponsor who has already paid, we will be contacting you about a refund or applying it to an event next year.
• If you are an attendee, you should have already received a refund. If you have not, please contact Heather Herrig immediately.
• Most of our agenda had already been established. However, we are always open to new ideas. If you have an agenda topic idea, please send it to William Gieler and Heather Herrig.

We look forward to reaching out to you in the next few months about possible dates and venues for an event next year.
