Additional Information
- Power/Electrical: Click here and follow the prompts to order power for your booth. Start by choosing the Dealer Meeting from the drop-down menu, then scroll to the bottom of the page to accept the Terms and Conditions. An order form page will appear. Please fill out completely and submit.
- Audio Visual Rental: For A/V needs, contact Arielle Galimidi at agalimidi@dynamigroup.com.
- Booth Numbers: Booth numbers will be emailed to all registered exhibitors and sponsors 2 weeks prior to the program.
- Loading Dock: Exhibitors may unload vehicles by utilizing the Service Drive. There will be uniformed attendants to direct you for off-loading. Note that you may experience a temporary delay in accessing the loading dock if a train in blocking the road of entry.
- Parking: Parking at the Convention Center is $4.00 per vehicle, per day. All exhibitors will be allowed in and out privileges (based on availability) when the parking booth is manned. The garage should only be used for small equipment that does not require a flatbed cart to transport.
- Booth Exhibitor Restrictions
- Height: Nothing can be displayed higher than the 8’ backdrop drape, without prior approval.
- Overhead: No canopies or tents of any kind are permitted in booth areas.
- Balloons: Balloons are not permitted in the Exhibit Hall.

- Shipping: Shipping instructions can be found at the bottom of this page. Shipping and handling will be coordinated by FERN Exposition Services.
- Outbound Shipping: Outbound shipping can be coordinated by FERN Exposition Services. For more information, please contact MFryer@fernexpo.com or speak with representatives at the FERN booth, which will be located inside the Exhibit Hall.
