Josh joined Mighty as Vice President, Business Development in 2016. Today, Josh serves as President & CEO, with responsibilities that include people development, strategy and direction for the company and the Franchise System, sound financial management, and brand and customer ambassador. He oversees Sales, Marketing, Franchise Operations, Franchise Development, IT, Accounting, Human Resources/Office Administration, Product Management, and the Mighty Product Center. He also supports the Atlanta Company Operation and competitive acquisitions.

Prior to joining Mighty, Josh was Director, New Business Development for Genuine Parts Company/NAPA AUTO PARTS, a Fortune 250 company headquartered in Atlanta, GA. He focused on recruiting prospects for NAPA store ownership, competitive acquisitions, and managing a $250 million loan program.

Josh has served as a volunteer leader in several community organizations, such as: VP and President of Inman Park Cooperative Preschool, Organizational VP and President of Congregation Shearith Israel, the Advisory Committee for Camp Barney Medintz, VP, Fundraising and President for the Midtown High School Parent-Teacher-Student Organization, and VP, Membership for the Southeast Franchise Forum.
